大陆重建中国国民党
【纽约市2005年4月24日讯】美国《黄花岗杂志》受国内委托，今日在纽约曼哈顿罗斯福饭店举行重大新闻发布会，郑重报导 ：今年4月23日，来自中国十七个省、市的秘密同盟会组织代表，在南京中山陵前，敬告中国国民党的创始人和中华民国的创建者孙中山先生，宣布“重建中国国民党”。
黄花岗杂志董事长周光亚先生表示：“这是一个惊天动地的巨大变化，相信能够根本改变中国政局，并最终结束全世界最大的共产专制政体。几代中国民运人士的梦想，今日终于实现了！”

黄花岗杂志主编辛灏年先生指出：“黄花岗杂志代为发布的这一重大新闻，正值台湾中国国民党主席连战率团赴中国大陆进行所谓‘第三次国共合作’的前夕，相信会引发海内外的相当关切，特别是对台湾和海外各界如何了解中国大陆的实际状况和真实民心，应该有所裨益。” 据大陆重建的中国国民党声称：数年以来，分散在中国各地的一些秘密同盟会组织，原曾打算在今年8月20日孙文创建“中国革命同盟会”一百周年纪念日，重建“中国革命同盟会”，以继承孙中山的遗志，推崇三民主义，号召发动和平的共和革命，以结束共产党的专制统治，并“重建中华民国”。但是，由于近年来台湾中国国民党一再升温的“亲共热”，特别是台湾中国国民党副主席江丙坤的“登陆”，和主席连战的即将“登陆”，终于使五十多年来一直对台湾国民党寄托着强烈希望的大陆人民，从一再的失望，而最后地走向了绝望。所以，他们才在一再地商讨之后，决定提前、并直接“重建中国国民党”，以表示将由他们来继承孙中山创建的、真正的和属于全中国的中国国民党，并遵循孙中山“革命尚未成功、同志仍需努力”的遗教，为了中国的民主、统一、和平与发展，而誓言要将中国的共和革命推向最后的成功，以使得中国能够最终地“走向共和”。 |

辛先生又说：“中国大陆此次重建中国国民党，势必如同以往一样遭到中共当局的残酷镇压。但当今中国，人民已经日益觉醒。中国国民党的重建，很可能引发连锁反应，并在不远的未来导致中共政权的垮台。亚洲第一共和——中华民国——极有希望在这些勇士们燃起的烈火中重生。”
黄花岗杂志还向在场的记者代为宣读了“重建中国国民党公告”及其附件，“重建中国国民党宣言”，和中国国民党（重建）的第一至第七号公告。上述文件表达了这些人士对孙文和两蒋时代中国国民党的崇敬心情，对当前台湾中国国民党的绝望和愤怒，说明了他们不得以而决定重建中国国民党的理由，以及他们将陆续发表该党的其他重要文件。

Chinese Nationalist Party Reestablished in China
New York City, April 24, 2005 -- The Huang Hua Gang Magazine, a Chinese quarterly periodical published in New York City, NY USA, disclosed an explosive breaking news from China today. On April 23, 2005, delegates representing underground associations across 17 provinces and cities of Mainland China gathered in front of the Mausoleum of Dr. Sun Yat-Tsen in Nanjing, China, to respectfully report to Dr. Sun Yat-Tsen, the founding father of the Chinese Nationalist Party and the Republic of China, the reestablishment of the Chinese Nationalist Party.
“This is sort of an earthshaking macro-change, which hopefully will lead to a fundamental reshaping of China’s political landscape and ultimately end the world’s largest communist regime,” said Mr. Robert Chou, Board Chairman, the Huang Hua Gang Magazine. “The dream of generations of Chinese pro-democracy activists has finally come true.”
“This breaking news announced by the Huang Hua Gang Magazine [on behalf of delegates] happened right before the arrival of the delegation of the Chinese Nationalist Party (CNP) in Taiwan headed by Mr. Lian Chan, the party chairman, at Mainland China for the so-called the ‘third cooperation between CNP and CCP [Chinese Communist Party]’,” said Mr. Xin Haonian, Chief Editor, the Huang Hua Gang Magazine. “It will not only draw great attention from both inside and outside of China, but also help the people of Taiwan and other countries to understand the actual conditions of China and the true feeling of Chinese people.”
According to the Chinese Nationalist Party reestablished in Mainland, for several years, underground associations all over China had been planning to reestablish the Chinese Revolutionary Alliance on August 20 of this year, the centennial anniversary of the founding of the organization with the same name by Dr. Sun Yat-Tsen, with the objectives of carrying out the unfulfilled will of Dr. Sun Yat-Tsen, promoting the Three Principles of the People, calling for peaceful republican revolution to end the communist dictatorship, and reestablishing the Republic of China. However, due the ever elevating “communist-loving fever” of the Chinese Nationalist Party in Taiwan (CNPTW), and especially because of the “landing” of Mr. Chiang Pin-Kung, the Vice Chairman of CNPTW and the impending “landing” of, Mr. Lian Chan, the Chairman, the Chinese people, which had kept great hopes toward CNPTW, has finally and completely despaired after being disappointed for one too many time. Therefore, after many discussions, the delegates have decided to advance the date and to reestablish the Chinese Nationalist Party, to demonstrate that they shall take over the true Chinese Nationalist Party found by Dr. Sun Yat-Tsen and belonged to entire China, and they shall follow the “revolution has yet to succeed and my fellow comrades shall put in more efforts” calling of Dr. Sun Yat-Tsen, for the democracy, unification, peace, and development of China, to carry out the republican revolution of China to its final victory and to ultimately make China a true republic.
“This reestablishment of the Chinese Nationalist Party in Mainland China will once again be subject to ruthless and bloody suppressions of the communist regime,” Mr. Xin continued. “However, nowadays in China, people have become disillusioned. It’s likely that the reestablishment of the Chinese Nationalist Party is going to produce a chain reaction and cause the collapse of the current regime. The first republic in Asia, the Republic of China, very hopefully will reborn in the flame ignited by these brave souls.”
The Huang Hua Gang Magazine also read the Proclamation on Reestablishing the Chinese Nationalist Party and its attachment, the Statement on Reestablishing the Chinese Nationalist Party, and the announcements 1 to 7 of the Chinese Nationalist Party (Reestablished). These documents showed respect of the delegates toward the Chinese Nationalist Party of the eras of Dr. Sun Yat-Tsen, Mr. Chiang Kai-Shek, and Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo, their despair and outrage toward the Chinese Nationalist Party in Taiwan, why they were forced to reestablish the Chinese Nationalist Party, and other important documents of the party to be published in the near future.

The Huang Hua Gang Magazine is a well-known independent quarterly magazine published in Chinese by the Modern Chinese History Studies, Inc., New York, NY USA.
