一直有大陸網友反饋，無法從Google play store下載應用，有人具體反饋是 發生錯誤（495）而下載不了。 這個問題網路上有流傳多種解決方法，由於本人在海外無法測試，所以從網上搜羅來一一列在這裏，大家根據情況選擇試試看：

方案一：
本人用的是囯行I9220，系統是從kies升級的4.1.2正式版，因無谷歌服務，所以本人就從網上搜索了谷歌服務組件放置system/app/下，並修改許可權為RW-R-R。之後興奮的添加了谷歌帳戶，並打開谷歌play，此時一切正常；然後迫不及待的搜索了UC等好幾種軟體下載，結果等了許久，還是顯示「正在下載」，而進度條一點沒動，結果不久就彈出網路錯誤，代碼495的提示。很鬱悶！後來從網上搜索解決方法，不是重裝谷歌服務就是重新添加帳戶，但結果還是不行！於是我就想到了是不是hosts指向問題（本質上是GFW的網路封鎖問題），所以建議大家先安裝並打開翻牆軟體后再試試，推薦安裝翻牆軟體：
1.手機翻牆：無界瀏覽安卓版
2.手機翻牆：自由門安卓版
3.以及SmartHosts_v1.3.86.zip，從帖子附件區下載。

方案二：
最近遇到Google Play商店的應用都無法下載安裝
下載時等了很久會出現錯誤 495

上網找了很多資料，大部分都是說
將 Google Play 服務、Google Play 商店、Google 架構、清除資料/清除快取后可以解決，
可惜這個方法我試了無效

先說一下這個問題好像是從我更新了 LBE安全大師 5.0 后出現
不是很確定，但是時間點很接近
這個困擾了我近一個月吧

今天被我試出來了，確實與LBE有關
我不確定是不是我誤設定了
因為有一個系統應用 "DRM 保護內容儲存空間"
它的連網功能被禁止了
就是因為這樣，所以Google Play 商店的東西都無法下載…
把連網功能設成允許后就正常了

更多方案：
The 495 error code appears while attempting to download apps or games in the Google Play Store over WiFi. When downloading the same apps with your mobile data, it seems to work fine. Don』t worry the fix for the error 495 is quite simple and many users have successfully applied the solutions mentioned in this post. Just try these steps:
Method 1:
Go to Settings>> Application Manager or Apps>> Open 「All」 apps
From the list of apps find Google Play store >>Clear Data and Clear Cache
From the list of apps find Google Service Framework >> Clear Data and Clear Cache
Now install or update app from Google Play Store
If it still didn』t work try uninstalling Google Play Store updates first

Method 2:
Go to system settings>> Accounts>>Google>>remove your Gmail account
Now from settings>>Apps>>All> Force stop, Clear data and cache for Google Play Store, Google Service Framework and Download Manager (like in method 1)
Now again go to settings>> Accounts>>Google>>Add your gmail account
Restart your android and then accept all the Google terms and setup Google settings
Rerun Google Play Store and update or install your app.

Method 3: Installing a VPN app

Install Hideman VPN app from Google Play Store
Now open the app and select US as the country of connection and press connect
Open Google Play Store and Download app

These fixes will work for most of Google Play Store related errors and not just for error 495. Hope it worked for you.
