女士們，先生們：大家好！
Ladies and gentlemen, Hello everyone!
我代表追查迫害法輪功國際組織，來這裏紀念4.25這一偉大的日子，同時祝賀三億三千多萬中國同胞退出共產邪惡組織！人類歷史上1999年4月25日，是中國法輪功學員為追求真理、不畏強權的光輝見證！20年後的三億三千多萬中國人退出共產邪惡組織，是中國民眾全面覺醒、解體共產邪靈的一個偉大的歷史豐碑！
On behalf of the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong, I am here to commemorate the great date of April 25th, and congratulate our fellow Chinese who have announced the three withdrawals – so far 300 million Chinese have formally quit the Chinese Communist party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations.
April 25 of 1999 witnessed the glorious act of Falun Gong practitioners who demonstrated uncompromising courage in the pursuit of truth. twenty years later, we have reached another milestone when more than 330 million fully awakened Chinese have announced their withdrawals to disintegrate the CCP.
20年前中國法輪功學員，懷著大善大忍之心上訪，也是給中共，包括高層決策者一次糾正錯誤，贖罪自新的機會。不幸的是，卻迎來了更加殘酷的迫害。
Twenty years ago, Chinese Falun Gong practitioners petitioned with great compassion and forbearance were also an opportunity for the CCP, including high-level policy makers, to correct mistakes and redeem their sins. Unfortunately, it has ushered in even more brutal persecution.
事實證明，中共是人類有史以來最邪惡的國家恐怖主義、超級犯罪集團，是人類的公敵。中共就是邪魔！是變異的魔鬼。不能對中共報任何幻想。解體中共，剷除共產邪靈，是人類共同的責任！當人們真的了解了中共的邪惡，才能知道與共產邪靈同在一個星球上是多麼的危險！解體中共是多麼的重要。
It has been proven by numerous facts that Chinese communist regime is the most evil state terrorists and criminal group. CCP is just an evil devil! We shall have no more illusory hope for the Chinese communist party. What we should do is to disintegrate the CCP and embrace a new era! When everyone has truly come to understand the evil nature of CCP, they will know how important it is to quit the CCP and disintegrate the CCP!
一、對法輪功的迫害，是中共幾十年殺人歷史的延續
I. CCP Has Never Changed Its Evil Nature and Never Stopped Its Persecution of Falun Gong and Chinese People
自中共成立以來，從來沒有停止過對中國人的殺戮。據估計，中國有一半以上的人曾受到過中共的迫害，大約6,000萬到8,000萬人非正常死亡。超過了兩次世界大戰死亡人數的總和。
Since the founding of the Chinese Communist Party, it has never stopped killing Chinese people. It is estimated that more than half of China』s people have been persecuted by the CCP, and about 60 million to 80 million people have died abnormally. More than the sum of the death tolls of the two world wars.
這次對法輪功學員的迫害，是中共幾十年殺人歷史的延續。據明慧網不完整統計，至少有4287名有名有姓的法輪功學員被迫害致死。近4年來，每年都有大量的法輪功學員被中共當局構陷判刑，僅今年中國新年前後的3個月，就有227位法輪功學員被構陷判刑。
The persecution of Falun Gong practitioners this time is a continuation of the CCP』s decades-long murder history. According to the incomplete statistics of Minghui.com, 4,287 practitioners with names and surnames were persecuted to death by the CCP. In the past four years, a large number of Falun Gong practitioners have been sentenced by the Chinese Communist Party every year: 878 in 2015; 1,294 in 2016; 1,014 in 2017; and 933 in 2018. Only three months before and after the Chinese New Year this year, 227 Falun Gong practitioners were sentenced.
二、中共大量活摘法輪功學員器官國家犯罪還在繼續
II. The CCP has a large number of live Falun Gong practitioners. The national crime continues.
2018年10月19日至12月2日，追查國際的調查員以四川省政法委維穩辦主任副主任的身份，為親屬聯繫器官移植手術的事由，對北京、天津、上海等11個省市涉嫌活摘法輪功學員器官的12所大醫院的院長、主任、醫生等責任人電話調查取證，獲得17個錄音證據。
From October 19 to December 2, 2019, pretending to be the director or deputy director of the Stability Maintenance Office at Sichuan Province』s Political and Legal Affairs Commission trying to arrange an organ transplant operation for a relative, the investigators from World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) conducted a telephone investigation on the presidents, directors, doctors and other people in charge of 12 hospitals, which are suspected of participation in the live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners, and obtained 17 phone conversation recordings as evidence.
調查結果再次顯示：中共現在仍舊在活摘法輪功學員器官進行移植。對「你們是還在用法輪功學員器官對吧？」的問題，有11名被調查者（涉及9家醫院）做了肯定回答：「對對對」、「對對，沒錯沒錯，你說的對」、「對，這肯定的」、「沒問題」、「你來了再說吧」，其它人的回答雖然含糊其辭，答非所問，但卻無一人矢口否認他們在用法輪功學員器官。
The investigation results reveal again that the CCP is still conducting live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners. In response to the question 「Are you still using organs from Falun Gong practitioners?」 11 investigated individuals (from nine hospitals) gave affirmative answers: 「Yes, yes」, 「right, right, right」, 「right, right, correct, correct, you are right」, 「Right, this is for sure」, 「No problem」, 「Let』s discuss after you come」. Although other responses were vague, none of them denied the use of Falun Gong practitioners』 organs.
三、中共也危害著全世界，清除共產邪靈是人類共同的責任
III. The CCP also harms the whole world. It is the common responsibility of mankind to remove communist evil spirits.
中共不僅迫害中國人，也禍及全世界。通過共產意識滲透、謊言洗腦，經濟貿易侵略等，把災難輸出到海外，清除共產邪靈是人類共同的責任。
我們告誡參与迫害法輪功的人們：中共正在解體，全面清算即將到來。迫害法輪功是群體滅絕罪、反人類罪！任何執行命令的託詞不能作為豁免的理由，所有參与者必須承擔個人責任。自首坦白、揭露黑幕、爭取立功贖罪，是唯一的出路！
At the same time, I would like to warn those involved in the persecution of Falun Gong. CCP is heading towards its dissolution, the entire CCP organization will face legal trials for every single crime it has committed. The persecution of Falun Gong is a crime of genocide and crime against humanity! No one can be exempted by resorting to the excuse that he or she is following the orders from above. All those involved in the persecution will be held accountable as an individual. Your only way out is to turn yourself in and confess, to expose the evil and try to do good things to atone for your crimes.
追查迫查國際以如繼往，徹底追查迫害法輪功的一切罪行以及相關的機構、組織和個人，無論天涯海角，無論時日長短，必將追查到底，行天理，再現公道，匡扶人間正義。這就是我們對國際社會的承諾。我們永不放棄。
It is our responsibility to live up to the promise of 「Never Again.」 The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong was established with the mission to investigate the criminal conduct of all institutions, organizations, and individuals involved in the persecution of Falun Gong; to bring such investigations, no matter how long it takes, no matter how far and deep we have to search, to full closure; to exercise fundamental principles of humanity, and to restore and uphold justice in society. This is our promise to the world and we will never give up.
