The incorporations company that owns it is Vistra, which rebranded last year from Offshore Incorporations Limited (OIL). See:

They have a big office in Hong Kong, and best I can tell, were the main competitor to Mossack Fonseca of #PanamaPapers fame (deep bow to @b_obermayer @f_obermaier @ICIJorg )

But OIL (Vistra) databases were never (have yet to be?) publicized. When and if they ever do, I am pretty sure China will be THE story. Shall I give you a little taste?
