巴黎舉行第二屆重振民用核能峰會 - RFI - 法國國際廣播電台

在中東戰火繼續和國際能源價格價飆升之際，和國際於今天周二舉行第二屆重振民用能峰會，共同引導公共和私人投資領域發展，包括支持小型核能反應堆。

與聯合於今天在近郊的布洛涅-比揚古的塞納河音樂廳主持第二屆民用核能峰會，兩年前首屆民用核峰會在布魯塞爾舉行。

愛麗舍宮表示本次國際會議將慶祝從美國到日本等國家和地區的核能「復興」，並彰顯「法國核能行業的實力」。

希望重申法國作為世界第二大核能大國的地位，僅次於美國，與中國並列。法國要吸引更多投資並致力於在全球重振發展核能源的活力，目前更多國家再次開始廣泛支持發展核能。

在馬克龍發表貝爾福演講四年後，法國重振核能計劃被寫入《法國能源戰略》，改變了法國此前的曾計劃關閉14座反應堆。預計法國政府將在年底前，就法國電力公司的六座EPR2反應堆做出正式的投資決定。

本次重振民用核能峰會重申法國支持發展小型核能反應堆，預計將宣布至少兩個項目獲得法國2030計劃的額外補貼。

另外本周二歐委會主席馮德萊恩將宣布一項歐洲小型反應堆戰略，該戰略旨在涵蓋「研究、開發、創新、安裝和工業項目，以及在適當情況下提供融資」。

由16個歐盟國家組成的歐洲核能聯盟也將發表聲明，支持建立多年期限的融資框架並調動歐洲投資銀行的資源。

歐洲希望保持與中國的競爭力，中國目前約有30座核反應堆正在建設中；同時歐洲也希望應對美國核能的復興，特朗普政府的目標是到2050年將美國的核電裝機容量增加三倍。

本次峰會參与者將重申到2050年將核電裝機容量增加兩倍的總體目標。
