巴黎举行第二届重振民用核能峰会 - RFI - 法国国际广播电台

在中东战火继续和国际能源价格价飙升之际，和国际于今天周二举行第二届重振民用能峰会，共同引导公共和私人投资领域发展，包括支持小型核能反应堆。

与联合于今天在近郊的布洛涅-比扬古的塞纳河音乐厅主持第二届民用核能峰会，两年前首届民用核峰会在布鲁塞尔举行。

爱丽舍宫表示本次国际会议将庆祝从美国到日本等国家和地区的核能“复兴”，并彰显“法国核能行业的实力”。

希望重申法国作为世界第二大核能大国的地位，仅次于美国，与中国并列。法国要吸引更多投资并致力于在全球重振发展核能源的活力，目前更多国家再次开始广泛支持发展核能。

在马克龙发表贝尔福演讲四年后，法国重振核能计划被写入《法国能源战略》，改变了法国此前的曾计划关闭14座反应堆。预计法国政府将在年底前，就法国电力公司的六座EPR2反应堆做出正式的投资决定。

本次重振民用核能峰会重申法国支持发展小型核能反应堆，预计将宣布至少两个项目获得法国2030计划的额外补贴。

另外本周二欧委会主席冯德莱恩将宣布一项欧洲小型反应堆战略，该战略旨在涵盖“研究、开发、创新、安装和工业项目，以及在适当情况下提供融资”。

由16个欧盟国家组成的欧洲核能联盟也将发表声明，支持建立多年期限的融资框架并调动欧洲投资银行的资源。

欧洲希望保持与中国的竞争力，中国目前约有30座核反应堆正在建设中；同时欧洲也希望应对美国核能的复兴，特朗普政府的目标是到2050年将美国的核电装机容量增加三倍。

本次峰会参与者将重申到2050年将核电装机容量增加两倍的总体目标。
