《Dreaming of Home and Mother》约翰庞德奥特威
美国19世纪著名作曲家、音乐企业家、教育家。 19世纪40年代末与父亲亚伦•奥特威一起在波士顿创办了一家音乐商店。 《Twinkling Stars are Laughing love》是他在1855年创作的一首代表歌曲，但更有名的是创作于1851年的《梦见家与母亲》（Dreaming of Home and Mother ）。
平生经历
他在1845年组建了“奥特威的伊奥利亚人”（Ordway's Aeolians）乐队，其形式为涂黑了脸扮演黑人的白人演员领唱，音乐也仿照黑人歌曲的格调创作而成，《梦见家和母亲》便是其中的代表作。
